The great thing about inspiration is that it can be found anywhere. You could see a great photo while scrolling through your Instagram feed or in a magazine, or hear a great quote that will inspire you to go out and take pictures.
Landscape photography is one of the most popular genres of photography and it's easy to see why. It's fun, you get to be outdoors, and there are no people involved (unless you want them to be).
But there is more to landscape photography than just pointing your camera at a pretty scene and pressing the shutter button.

Jake's photos are great because he has a good eye and he works really hard to get the shots just right. He'll drive for hours and hike for more hours to get the perfect composition, then wait patiently for that perfect light.

Adams is one of the most well-known photographers of all time. His work is known for its dramatic landscapes and attention to detail. One of his most famous photos is "Moonrise over Hernandez," which features an incredibly detailed moonrise over a small town in New Mexico.
Ansel Adams is known for being one of America's greatest landscape photographers. His work has been featured in National Geographic and he traveled around the country taking pictures of some of its most beautiful places. I’m not sure if you have heard of Thomas Heaton before, but if you haven’t, he’s one of the best UK landscape photographers out there.
Thomas Heaton is a British photographer who lives in North Yorkshire. He’s had a love for adventure and the outdoors since he was young, which has lead to him being an experienced walker and outdoor enthusiast. He’s also had an interest for photography for many years, which has lead to him becoming one of the most well-known UK landscape photographers on Youtube.
Heaton runs a Youtube channel where he shares his work and knowledge about landscape photography with over 500k subscribers.
Cath Simard
The best landscape photographers are the ones who have taken the time to get to know their subjects, who have spent time in a landscape and really come to know it. Cath Simard is one of those photographers.
A photographer based on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Simard has visited the west coast of Canada and the United States over and over again, capturing images of its unique natural beauty.
Elizabeth Gadd is a Canadian photographer and artist who specializes in landscapes and nature. She has always had a love for the outdoors, and it shows in her work. Her compositions are often surreal, but they don't look like they were Photoshopped.
She manages to capture some truly incredible moments in nature.
Daniel Kordan
Daniel Kordan is one of the most famous landscape photographers in Russia.

Whatever the reason, Sean Bagshaw comes to mind first when I think of inspirational landscape photographers.

In the past few years, Albert Dros has been taking the most amazing landscape photos. He's only 23 years old, but his work has already been published by National Geographic and he is one of the most famous landscape photographers on Instagram.
He's still very young, so we'll probably see some incredible things from him in the future!
Chris Burkhard
Chris Burkhard's love for landscape photography began at a very young age. He was only 14 years old when he started taking photos in nature, but it wasn't until 3 years later that he bought his first professional camera and started to make a living out of his passion, thanks to the interest shown by some magazines.
Today he is one of the leading landscape photographers in the world and keeps on surprising us with his magnificent pictures of the most remote and inaccessible corners of our planet.
The best thing about Burkhard is that he is able to capture scenes of incredible beauty using simple composition techniques and an instinctive eye for light and color. His photographs are an invitation to travel around the world and enjoy Mother Nature at its best.
